Serving as advocate on a number of cases throughout his career, Matthew has diverse experience in many legal situations. Among other things, Matthew has significant experience providing insurance coverage analysis and opinions and in litigating cases involving auto accidents, products liability, commercial and residential construction and premises liability. This litigation experience has grown through his service on behalf of construction companies both large and small, manufacturing companies, companies and persons in the service industries, insurance companies, municipalities and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants.

Matthew received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University in Illinois before attending law school at the University of Minnesota. Upon completion of law school, Matthew was admitted to practice by the State Courts of Minnesota and has since been a member of the Rajkowski Hansmeier team.  He is also admitted to practice in Minnesota’s Federal District Court.

Matthew is a member of several different legal associations including the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, the Stearns-Benton County Bar Association, and the Construction law section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Away from the office, you’ll find Matthew outdoors water skiing, swimming, biking, or canoeing. He is also one to sit down to enjoy a good book or play the guitar.
