Rajkowski Hansmeier Ltd. has a rich history in the area of municipal and public sector representation. Presently, the firm serves as counsel for over 12 municipalities and governmental agencies in Central Minnesota. The firm is also regularly retained by various communities and governmental officials where the public body's regular attorney has a conflict of interest or where more specialized representation is required such as in employment law or environmental law.

The firm has over 30 years experience in the traditional areas of municipal practice such as administrative issues, real estate, zoning and land use control, ordinances and local law codification, public improvements, and misdemeanor prosecution. In recent years, municipalities and governmental agencies have been faced with increasingly difficult questions involving employment matters, land uses and environmental law.
