Thomas has been an integral part of the success of Rajkowski Hansmeier since 1980 publishing a number of articles and hosting a number of seminars on a variety of topics in the law field. He specializes in a number of areas including the public and private sector of employment law, construction and commercial litigation as well as in government law.

Graduating from St. John’s University and earning his law degree from the University of Minnesota, Thomas joined the legal profession with the goal of providing high-quality legal representation that is responsive to the needs of the client.

He was admitted to practice by the State Courts of Minnesota, the U.S. District Courts of both Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit.

He has worked with mid-sized and large businesses, nursing homes, construction firms, school districts, municipalities and individuals. Thomas has successfully defended over 40 EEOC and Minnesota Department of Human Rights complaints on behalf of businesses, schools and governmental agencies. Also, he has advised businesses and governmental agencies regarding employment-related matters. In the construction area, Thomas has successfully defended a number of lawsuits and settled over 100 residential home cases.
